Manitoba conducted a new round of invitations for candidates in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on January 17, 2020. In EOI draw #81, Manitoba sent Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) to 192 candidates in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The lowest score in this stream was 545, an increase of eleven points. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 34 LAAs under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest score in this stream remained 708 points, as in the previous round. In addition, MPNP invited 23 candidates in the International Education Category. In total, Manitoba sent 249 LAAs in this round and 22 of them were issued to candidates who have a valid Express Entry profile and job seeker validation code. So far, Manitoba invited 435 candidates under all streams of MPNP in 2020.
