Over the last week, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held new draws in the pools of the International Experience Canada (IEC) program. 

From June 14 to June 18, Canada invited 460 young foreigners to apply for an IEC open work permit. 

As of June 18, there are 17,680 candidates registered in the pool, waiting for the invitation. 

In this round, there were 14 ITAs for Australia, 5 ITAs for Belgium, 7 ITAs for Chile, 6 ITAs for Costa Rica, 1 ITA for Croatia, 11 ITAs for the Czech Republic, 13 ITAs for Denmark, 173 ITAs for France, 4 ITAs for Germany, 3 ITAs for Greece, 8 ITAs for Hong Kong, 61 ITAs for Ireland, 4 ITAs for Italy, 11 ITAs for Japan, 18 ITAs for South Korea, 12 ITAs for the Netherlands, 3 ITAs for New Zealand, 2 ITAs for Norway, 6 ITAs for Portugal, 3 ITAs for Slovakia, 11 ITAs for Spain, 9 ITAs for Sweden, 4 ITAs for Switzerland, 15 ITAs for Taiwan, and 56 ITAs for the United Kingdom. 

In total, Canada issued 11,365 ITAs under the IEC in 2021. In addition, IRCC added Andorra to the list of pools. 

The first round for Andorra Working Holiday is scheduled for June 28, 2021.
